Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only items in their original, undamaged, unstained, and unworn condition can be returned and refunded.
For sanitary reasons, hats are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Non-Daluchi items sent to our return address will be discarded upon receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A restocking and handling fee of $9.99 will be deducted from all approved refunds. You are responsible for the item(s), including any loss or damage, until we receive it.
